Elena Tuncay has a high legal education. In 2010 she graduated from the Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Faculty of Law and Economics with a Diploma with honours. Participates in various international legal conferences.
Works in company since 2012, the main specialization is assistance in civil disputes, real estate issues, legalization of Turkish courts’ decisions.
Speaks three languages: Russian, English, Turkish. Consults on all legal issues.
