What is LPM?
This is a legal service that allows to set the scope of a future project, create a goal, calculate results / profit / costs, plan and manage each stage of the project. All phases are agreed on with the investor; as they are implemented, amendments can be made to optimize the process and meet the deadlines and budget.
This process will be interesting to investors who are planning to invest or to buy some part in construction projects in Turkey.
In practice, the investor accesses to a lawyer who draws up a correct contract, which does not exclude further risks until the end of a construction, but at this stage the lawyer’s work ends.

After choosing an object, we check all the documentation related to the land plot, object, building licenses and necessary permits.
We draw up a contract in two languages. The contract includes all the details, cost, payment dates, deadlines, obligations of the parties, etc.
Generally, investors pay in stages for 5-6 months, therefore, before each payment, it is important to check the compliance of the construction process with all the points specified in the contract (technical specifications, materials, quality, quantity of material)
If the whole process complies with all features of the contract, the investor makes a payment, after which the lawyers receive the correct payment documents. This is necessary in case of contentious situations. Incorrect payment documents will be insufficient for evidence in court.
Lawyer together with the investor accept the finished project, quality, compliance with the contract, deadlines.
That is, legal project management is the process of full support of a project of both the legal and technical sides to achieve maximum of profit until a successful completion and achieving goal.
