E-Devlet (Electronic Government) is an online platform created by the Turkish government for citizens and residents of the country. How to access E-Devlet?

To access E-Devlet you must complete the following steps:

1. Get E-Devlet password:

• Visit a Turkish Postal Service (PTT) branch.
• Request an E-Devlet password by presenting your identification document (passport, residence permit, etc.), Turkish phone number.
• A message with a temporary login password will be sent to your number.

2. Register on the portal:

• Go to the official website E-Devlet.
• Enter your T.C. number. (citizen or foreign resident identification number) and the received password.
• Follow the instructions to complete registration and change your temporary password to a permanent one.

3. Using the mobile application:

• Download the E-Devlet mobile application from the App Store or Google Play.
• Log into the app using your T.C. number and password.
